Custom Design
Many of our plans come from builder ideas. For this, we offer custom design services. These services are available for individual boats or for retail production building. Rates vary according design and start at $65 for a canoe or kayak. Contact us to discuss our rates.

Our design services come with a few stipulations:

1. The design is the sole property of JEM Watercraft and cannot be sold or distributed except as directed by JEM Watercraft.
2. JEM Watercraft retains the right to resell all plans at its own discretion. No commission is paid to the customer.
3. We'll design as close to your desires as possible but we will always stay within the limits of safety.
4. Other stipulations my apply on a case-by-case basis.

For custom design services, we'll work at it until you're happy. Payment is made once the plans are finalized and ready to be mailed.

Boat Building Classes
Boat building is great fun for all ages. Contact us if you have a group and would like to have JEM Watercraft come out to your location and conduct a boat building seminar. This service can be combined with our custom design service. Special rates for church youth groups and Scouting.
