hi somewhere i recall seeing a hand made attachment/ guide to assist with accurate cutting of ply when using a jig saw. My next project will require 9mm and 6mm ply to be cut to shape
i think this would be hard work using my usual method ie rapid hand saw 265 "16tpi" (Japanese saw)
can any one direct me to this post please ???

Don't know if I've seen that one, but there's an posted "Perfect Plate Curve Cutting - Everytime" in 'Tips and Tricks'. He used a router for this, but you could use the same method for a jigsaw, just set guide piece of wood back from the line, the distance from the outer edge of your jigsaw, to inside of the blade. may be a good idea to allow a couple of mm to plain off with a belt sander or such.

Otherwise someone else may know where what you want is and steer you in the right direction.
