JEM Watercraft

Bought the plans, got all the materials in the Bill of Materials. Everything is cut out and ready for stitching. But, I can not find in the plans where the 13 yards of 6" fiberglass tape is used? I'm assuming that it is for seam reinforcement and 13 yards is enough for 3 seams only.

The 4" wide, 6-ounce tape is for an additional layer down the keel, double layered.
