has anyone any experience with Jeffco epoxy resin?
Being in Canada can make some things difficult to get or overly expensive. The Jeffco seems extremely affordable

Never heard of them. Maybe check out Noah's Marine for options in Canada.

Three gallon kit of Marinepoxy at
http://www.duckworksbbs.com/supplies/ep ... /index.htm is only $156. For $9 more you can have them split the hardener and get both slow and fast. I don't know if they ship to Canada though.
I have built four boats using Marinepoxy and I love it. I use the slow hardener and have never had an issue with amine blush. I built my first boat with West System and always had problems with blush and it cost twice as much. US Composites is a little less expensive than Marinepoxy, but I have never used it and there wasn't that much of a price difference to tempt me to give up on the Marinepoxy since I a familiar with working with it.
This is just my preference, though.
