i just read a nice article over at the duckworks site. when were you at March AFB? i was stationed there as well. 1987-1991, 22nd CES

Aug 1991- Nov 1995. 22 CAMS, then they changed it to 9th Ops, then something else I can't remember. I was a KC-10 Crew Chief.

Then they shut the place down and sent me to Travis AFB. I thought for sure I'd like Travis more, but I missed being at March and part of SAC until I got out in 1997.

I didn't realize March wasn't the "real" military until we got to Travis and the party was over.

lol...nothing but a party every evening there. our MS would bring in a keg every day and we'd knock off any work around 1:00pm. drink beer the rest of the afternoon and go home!
