UV protection and graphite bottom

Post by jt »

Okay, I completed the graphite/epoxy mix on the bottom, and I realize that it (the bottom) doesn't get varnished. No problem when storing or on the water, but how much will cartopping matter when it comes to UV damage? Especially on a longer trip in the summer?

Bottom's up--

time for a beer...

Matt--getting lots of compliments on the boat--thanks for the site, the plans, and all of the help.
