Ok, outwales in place, slotted inwale spacers glued and screwed, one inwale board glued and clamped. Should I put a few screws in it as well or will the glue up be enough? Thanks.

Screws are only to hold the wood in place until the glue is set. Then, remove them.

If you are applying new epoxy over epoxy that is already three or more days old, rough sand the old epoxy well.

If applying all to bare wood, press on and clamp it only enough to hold it in position. Clamped too tightly, you can squeeze the glue out and have a glue-starved joint.
