JEM Watercraft

Getting ready to start building the Touring Pirogue. Due to only having access to cheap ply ($$$ reasons & a horrible local lumber yard), considering on fully glassing both inside and out. How much epoxy and fiberglass cloth should it take? Plans only indicate amounts for putting a layer on the bottom. Unless I'm reading them wrong.
