Acceptable cutting tolerance

After cutting my panels, I did the QA sheet and found I was off by at most 3mm (need glasses I guess) on some. I'm pretty sure Mr. Epoxy can makeup for my inadequacies but I was wondering: What would be unacceptable?

I'd say long as you're withing 9-12mm you should be just fine. Biggest thing would be to have consistency.

While I like products from (small African natives) Boats, their 0.007" tolerance is WAY more than is required. Merely brushing a piece of wood with sand paper will remove more than 7 thousandths of an inch.
