I set every thing back up & Tested it out on the shed again today.
Every thing seems to fit OK.
& it also feels OK
So the seat is now ready to be glued into place.
Getting closer every day now

This looks great. I cant wait to see it on the water and see how that mirage drive works. After seeing this build, and looking at CC TX's Sabalo, I am thinking that I may need to do an upgrade to my Sabalo.

Thanks craiggamesh.
It would be a big job to get the seat well back out if its built the same way the Wadefish is.

I got some more done after lunch. I made up the cleats & pad eyes to hold the front hatch on.
I set it all up & screwed every thing together so see how it looked.
I still need to sand some of the sharp edges off yet but I want to know if I should trim the cleats down a bit?
Sorry for the poor pic but iPhones are only good for so much
The cleat is 20mm high at the moment.

I walked into the shed this morning & realised I have a BOAT! Its now a complete boat & just needs the last couple of pieces of glass & then fitting out.
So I took some more pictures wit all the fittings in the right place

.
I then set up & did the last spots of epoxy down the sides of the seat well. Cut the glass for the bait well. I did this in 3 pieces. One did the bottom, front & back then 2 either side.
I dont know if this has been posted before but here is how I cut a straight line in the glass.
Work out where you need to cut & carefully pull out a couple of strands. Then follow the line.

A bit more done in the last couple of days.
I have glassed in the seat & then given the entire boat a coat of epoxy. The Hull has now had 3 coats & the top deck 2.
I fitted the rod tubes as well.
Here they are bent up & the end sealed up.
And fitted in the boat all glued up & hopefully water tight.

The boat looks great. Probably couldn't get her up to speed with the mirage drive in that body of water, though.
