I have been just kind of messing around waiting on the shipment of glass and epoxy from U.S. Composites. Used West System last time and was happy with it but decided to use US this time for their prices (less than half). The stern stem is completed and the bow is laminated and drying now. I will get it shaped tomorrow.

Thanks Mike. That is what I thought also. Pictures don't do it justice. Matt has drawn an excellent set of plans ( as usual).

Thanks guys I appreciate it. Alot of the people who look at it say they would never try to build a stripper. I always ask why because they are not any harder to build they just take more time. If anything they are a little easier because you dont have one piece of plywood that has to be perfect over its entire area, you just have one board that is 3/4 inch wide that is straight except for its ends.

When I got home from work yesterday I had two boxes from US Composites on my doorstep so now I can get serious about getting the hull glassed if the weather will ever cooperate.

No turning back now. Pre-coat is on and I like the way it makes the boat look. Once it is dry I will begin "hiding the cracks" with goopy mixed with sanding dust. Then on to glassing. Let me know what you think although it's too late now.
