Sabalo is very stable but standing up would drastically alter the boats centre of gravity.The vee'd cockpit floor sort of snugs up under your legs and if you put non slip there I think it would be abrasive.
I'm from Sydney but originally from Adelaide, a couple of years ago I met a guy who was going to build a Sabalo in Adelaide had ply and plans, he had a look at mine as I had it with me on a family get together. Glenelg is a great launch spot
It may be a coincidence I was just curious.
Have you got plans for the outrigger floats.... its a mod I'll do one day got 2 sailboard sails put away.
