Billy,
Lee tells ya true mate.
Welcome to my world!
re a sail rig on a flat bottom boat - definately need a lee board of some sort for directional stability on anything but down wind.
V bottom boat a little better but a rudder is a very definate advantage.
Regards,
Mick

Lee,
Yes, I do believe that. I've built one S&G dinghy, and have 3 sets of plans for 16 to 19 foot powered boats.
As soon as I can get the new garage straightened up....
I'm going with the Lakers anyway, just thought I'd ask.

Umm.... if it's a recreational / light touring model you're after... you might want to check with me before you place the order. There might be SOMETHING else you'd want to consider.

Matt,
Okay, I'm open to suggestions. I like the looks of the Lakers, but if you've got something else in mind, I'd be more than interested.
Should I email you?
Thanks,
Billy

Matt,
I'm interested. Have a few honey-do's to accomplish, but if I hurry, maybe I'll be ready when you have the design finished. I'll try to finish things up, and maybe I can do the proto if the design fits what i want?
Thanks,
Billy

You're gettin too used those royalty payments Matt!
I can see now where this is going to end up.

Lee,
So, it's not just me that has this problem! Doesn't matter what it is, I'd rather build it than buy it, if at all possible.
Some of my projects even actually get finished. Once in a while.
Matt, any hint at the new design?
