If you're only scaling the length and the width, then the deck will be about 13-14cm above the water line.

Keep in mind you'll a lot of the pontoon in the water and that's going to make it harder to turn. Plus it will put a lot of force on the area where the pontoon meets the deck. I can't guarantee the strength of the current scantlings/fiberglass holding that all together if you're running the boat hard.

Thanks alot Jem. This little boat will get used mainly on small stillwaters while flyfishing for trout and such. I will attach some oars and will not push the boat too hard. I may just put some extra reinforcements (sp) where the deck meets the pontoons, or maybe even make the 12mm board a bit thicker. Thanks again for all the assistance guys. I can't start on the boat right away but the minute I do I will keep you guys up to date with the progress and post some pics.
