Can you move the gas can or anything forward to trim it out a little better?
You could install another seat and use a tiller extension.
you could also construct a sliding seat rig like this:

gas tank is mounted on the motor
the only thing i can think of is to agree with the misses and loose some excess pounds

Hi Graham,
Nice Job mate, well done
I can't see the last piccies in your post, but the ones in the yard look great.
Re balancing the boat, I would try loading a bigger beer cooler in the bow.

thanks mick i was hopein to loose some pounds but i fearthat if i install a large cooler this my incourage me to add more on the stern mine as well as the canoe . but after some of your inspiration how about useing empty juce containers and fill with water at the bank side to trim and fit in the front locker next to the beer!

Yep, that would work. I keep forgetting, You Brits drink warm beer!
I would put the juice bottle in the freezer and use them as ice blocks.
Mmmm, cold beer, Warm day, Beautiful home built boat. Does it get any better than this?
