Matt,

If you add a brace under the gunnels, remember the map rack htat the Sea Wind has. A brace can do double duty there.

It could be offered but it is not necessary , the deck is quite solid in the area of the paddler.

ok I got the drawings done. Working up multiple BOM options:

1) Glass everything, inside and out
2) Tape seams only
3) Glass exterior main hull only, tape interior and deck seams.

Will try and list the trade offs to the options.
