starting a TV 32-15

Well my new to me workshop is nearing completion. Recently did our annual Brazos River run, I loaned my long time friend my TV 29-15 for the trip and he liked it, so in return for his running wring from house to shop, I said I'd build him The TV 32-15 (he' a big guy).
Plans ordered,I Hope to have panels cut out and ready for him to assemble when he comes to do the wiring in a week or so, that's the fun part.

The inner fillets are done, now onto competing and cleaning up all seams, assembling bulheads and decks.

MM- great to see your pics - looks nice and clean. Can you explain your technique of filleting the inside? It looks like you took the frames out and then put them back in for the upper panels. Did you fillet between the stations and then take them out? thanks

Yes I tack glue between the frames, allow to set up well, remove the temp frames,mask off the sides and run a good fillet the full length [URL=http://s469.photobucket.com/user/m ... .jpg[/img][/url].
I then allow 3-4 hours for the goopie to start kicking, then I've found a can smooth the fillets with a moist finger (saves sanding) remove the masking tape. lay the 3'' tape and wet out with epoxy. Done. [URL=http://s469.photobucket.com/user/m ... .jpg[/img][/url]

when this is set up I come back with a scraper to fair the tape edges then fill the weave as normal.

I then reinstalled the temp frames to stitch on the upper sides. tack the outer seams, let set up, flip the boat on one side to run inner fillets, then the other side next day, I removed the 1st and 4th frames so I could run almost full fillets. 2 fill coats for now, will be graphite coating bottom at later stage.
Next flip the boat and continue interior glassing,install bulkheads and decks.
