Great looking boat! Got that thing rigged out really nice. I have that same seat and am liking it.Pretty good for the money.

Thanks Neon, got the idea from you. It's real comfy and i like the reclining feature, still need to slime the boat though, maybe I should hit that river you go to...! Later.

Yes Matt, its a permanent mount with stainless steel hardware through the frame of the seat. Actually, I shouldn't say permanent, it can be dismounted, just not very quickly. It can be accessed through the hatch in front of the seat. I figured the seat didn't add that much weight when loading and unloading on the Forester, so I bolted it on there. It's really a pretty cool, comfy seat for $49 bucks at BassPro...thanks
