Beautiful colors! Very classy looking.
What kind of paint did you end up using?

New Stalker Build
Re: New Stalker Build
The paint used was Epifanes mono urethane 'oxford blue' and 'cream'. Works a treat. I used Tamiya enamel bronze model paint for the pinstripe.
I managed to haul her out into the sunlight for some better images, so here she is just about done.
Need to paint the inner hull cream too I think.
All timber is oak except for the kneeling thwarte which is 3/4" ply laminated and set end on. Which gives quite a springy feel but retains the strength. Brass rubbing strips along the side to save that pretty paintwork

Re: New Stalker Build
I have now installed a bulkhead with a large 8" circular hole to take a screw in inspection hatch. My question is what to use to seal the plastic hatch frame to the epoxied bulkhead?
Obviously, epoxy isn't going to stick to the plastic so I need recommendations for a glue or sealant please.
Thanks for any help.

Nice one Falcn. Gonna be hard to keep the chicks at bay with that thing. Re silicon for hatches. I used it to good effect for that. In fact I stuck the bulkheads inside the boat with it as well. Just in case one day I might want to re arrange anything. Can easily cut through it and remove them. Don't think it would have compromised the integrity by that much.
Cheers John.

Finished
So thats it the build is officially finished.
All painted, varnished, pad eyes installed, all there is left to do is paddle her
Thanks for all the help and encouragement everyone.
Matt already knows I want to build a second boat, this time a stripper. More details to follow.
For now enjoy the photos of the finished boat.
