This build looks quite like the trapper, so I have a few questions.....
The trapper has bulkheads very similar, but I'm not sure how to find a "datum line" so they could all be mounted to a strongback. Maybe Matt can press a button and give the answer !
Also, the piece of ply at the front (Stem?) seems a good idea for keeping things true, and I"m guessing 3mm isn't going to interfear with the big picture
Are all of my above ramblings sound thinking ?

G'day Col, Matt has answered the S'back thingy and the ply inset in the ends works a treat mate. i think the trapper will be a superb boat.
