Another question for you freedom fans! On the bow an stern when you bring the panels together
do you sand them to a point? or do you just fill it in with woodflour an round it off? don't know
what would be the best way to go.

The one I made the ends were filled with wood flour and epoxy , then sanded to round them off. I figured the epoxy mix would help to add some strength to them. I also did an epoxy pour on the inside of each end.
