well tonight I tackled what I've been dreading, putting the cloth on the inside
Let me say one thing, hopefully the next time I decide to build a boat, I won't do it during 100+ degree weather. A gallon of water and two hours later
Doing it all in one pass was a bugger, and I'm sure I'll have spots to fix tomorrow, but every day I get a little closer to the end

That's the toughest part of the build. I don't even try to do it all at once when I build. I lay the hull on it's side and do it in 2 halves then clean up the overlap with the sander and scraper afterward.

By working semi-kinda around the clock and doing a better job at planning out the order in which I did things I've managed to get quite a bit done this weekend
got the decks fileted in
cloth spread out
and it disappears. I've messed with fiberglass off and on half my life and that still amazes me
also managed to get the gunwales cut out and semi-ready for install

Awesome job. I just got my fiberglass cloth and resin from Buster Brown last night.
Got to do a little repair work on my pirogue first though, before I can finish the TV.

I'm off, but busy getting ready to go on vacation. And trying my best to get this boat finished before we leave. It would be great to get back home and have a new boat ready to paddle
