What kind of epoxy are you useing? I noticed it's got a white coloring to it.

You do good work. I like your rudder control counter-sunk boxes. Will you have access to the compartments under the cockpit?

I thought it was hot-melt glue

Bemm,
Quick question: is the seat you are using on your Sabalo the Apex 1? It looks like it. If so, how do you like it?
Regards,
Craig

Yes you are correct........ I've got a bit of a dodgy back (spent too many years in construction game) so I find the support good.
Velcro tie downs are a bit of a pain so I linked the thru brass dog clips and they work fine.
All in all very happy with seat and have ordered one for the brides boat

Mike the white is micro balloon filler in west system epoxy........pretty rough fillets but it will never be seen.
I found from my Sabalo build 50% white powder(west micro balloons)/50% sifted ply sawdust = about the same colour as ply when mixed with epoxy and set
This is for fillets you can see

Nice job. She'll be proud to be seen in a "boat that hubby built - just for ME!" Wait until you hear her bragging to her friends about that!
