Laker series

Post by tx river rat »

Matt is really getting with this series
Laker 13 Free Plans
Laker 13
Laker 14
Laker15' 5"
Laker15'5" A
Why don't we start a Laker photo spot so all the different ideals and sizes
and variations could be viewed.
Would that be ok Matt, or another spot on the forum for the different
boats and how folks customized them

I really want to get a gallery page going. I'm just covered up in other tasks at the moment.

I can add a forum section if you'd like.

Matt
I bet the forum section would work better than a gallery, That way you could have a topic example Laker 13 then everyone could add there pic of the 13 and short comment about specail things are rigging they did.
I think it would be neat, you have several Freedoms,Lakers, perows, etc
Ron
Bet it would help sell plans to,
After thought post link on your comment post to your builder page about that boat , it would take the right to the build

Good idea Ron, I like it :D

I believe these Lakers are probably the ultimate S&G rec kayak on the maket today and thay are allready becoming one of the all time GREAT kayak designs. In other words, a classic.

There is a huge market out there for a boat such as this. One that is not too difficult or expensive to build - still a very good paddling boat that can more than hold its own in any company.

I reckon there will be more Lakers built this year and the next (not just the free one) than all the other S&G kayaks combined. :D
Regards,
Mick
